Write to us — a real person from our team reads every message. support@badassnav.com Email support We usually reply within two business days. To help us sort things out faster, please include: - the email address you use to sign in to Nav for Truck (or say that you use Sign in with Apple); - your phone model and whether you use the iPhone app, the Android app or a web browser; - what happened, and a screenshot if you can; - for a routing problem — the permit number, state and the place on the route. You can also use the contact form on our home page. ## Common questions ### How do I sign in? Open the app and sign in with your email, or with Sign in with Apple on iPhone. The web version is at app.navfortruck.com. ### The route doesn’t match my permit. Email us the permit number and the place where the route goes wrong. Drivers can also mark the problem right on the map with “Fix the route”. ### Why does the app use my location in the background? So turn-by-turn guidance keeps working when the screen is off or another app is open, and so your trip miles by state (IFTA) and drive time are recorded. Read more in our Privacy Policy. ### How do I delete my data or my account? In the app open Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete. The account is erased right away together with your permits, trips, drives, saved places and road reports. Can't open the app? Email support@badassnav.com from the email address of your account (or tell us the email shown in the app if you use Sign in with Apple). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. ### Does Nav for Truck cost anything? The app is free for drivers. There are no in-app purchases, and we never ask for card details in the app. ## Company Nav for Truck is developed and operated by FLY JUICE LLC, Florida, USA. Not a government app. © 2026 FLY JUICE LLC. All rights reserved. ## Page: https://navfortruck.com/privacy Nav for Truck # Privacy Policy Effective date: October 17, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how FLY JUICE LLC, a company registered in Florida, USA (“FLY JUICE”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you use Nav for Truck — our truck navigation app for iPhone and Android, the web app at app.navfortruck.com, and the website navfortruck.com (together, the “Service”). In short: we collect what the app needs to build truck routes from your permits and guide you on the road. We do not sell your personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. ## 1. Information we collect ### Account information - Your email address and, if you provide it, your name. - If you use Sign in with Apple: the identifier Apple gives us for your account, and the name and email Apple shares with us (this may be an Apple private relay address). - If you set a password, we store only a salted, one-way hash of it. Sign-in sessions are kept as hashed tokens. - On iPhone, the app may create a random device key stored in your Apple Keychain so you stay signed in; we store only a hash of this key. ### Location - Precise GPS location of your device, to show your position on the map, give turn-by-turn directions, reroute you and show what is ahead on the road (weather, traffic, truck stops, weigh stations). - Background location. While you are navigating or recording a trip, the app keeps using your location when the screen is off or another app is open, so guidance does not stop. On Android this is shown by an ongoing notification. You can turn location access off at any time in your phone settings; navigation will not work without it. - Trip records. While you drive, the app records your track (time, position, speed) and sends it to our servers. We use it to show your trips, miles driven in each state (IFTA), hours of service and driving statistics, and to check whether our routes match the roads drivers actually take. - Places you save (home, work, favorites, recent destinations), routes and trips you create. ### Documents and photos you upload - Oversize/overweight permits and bills of lading (PDF files or photos) that you upload, share to the app or take with the camera. We keep these files so you can see your permits and routes, until you delete them. - Photos of addresses: used only to read the address, then deleted. - Photos of fuel price signs, with the time and location they were taken, used to show fuel prices to drivers. ### Voice - When you use voice search, voice commands or voice road reports, the app records audio from the microphone only while you are speaking to it. The audio is converted to text on our own servers and the recording is deleted right after that. We keep the text of road reports and assistant conversations. - In some web browsers the web app may use the browser’s built-in speech recognition instead; in that case the browser maker (for example, Apple or Google) processes the audio under its own privacy policy. ### Content you create - Road reports (for example, police, crash, closed weigh station), confirmations of other drivers’ reports, route corrections, and facts about road signs and lanes that you tell us, with their location. - Messages to the in-app assistant and to your company’s dispatcher. - Bug reports from testers, which may include a voice note, screenshots, the screen you were on and your location at that moment. ### Truck and company information - Truck and load dimensions and weight you enter, used to build safe routes. - If you join a company account (fleet cabinet): your name, phone number and truck, loads assigned to you, and your role in the company. ### Technical information - IP address, device and browser type, app version, and server logs with error and performance data. We use this to run the Service and fix problems. We do not collect payment card information. The app has no in-app purchases and no advertising. ## 2. How we use information - To build routes from your permits and truck profile and to guide you along them. - To show road conditions, weather, traffic, places and other drivers’ reports along your route. - To keep your trip history, IFTA miles and hours of service. - To read the documents, photos and voice requests you send us (see “Service providers” below). - To improve routing quality, including checking driver-reported road information against street-level imagery. - To provide support, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse. ## 3. How information is shared We do not sell or rent your personal information and do not share it for advertising. We share information only in these cases: - Other drivers. Road reports and fuel prices you post are shown to other drivers with their location, without your name or email. - Your company. If you join a company account in Nav for Truck, the company’s owner and dispatchers can see your current location, speed and whether you are on route, the tracks of loads dispatched to you, your driving miles and hours, and messages between you and the dispatcher. You can leave a company at any time in the app. - Service providers that process data on our behalf to run the Service: - Anthropic (Claude AI) — reads permits, bills of lading and photos you upload, the text of voice requests and assistant messages, and street-level images, to extract routes, addresses and answers. - Google — maps, map tiles, place search, address lookup (geocoding) and Street View imagery. On mobile, the map is shown with the Google Maps SDK. - TomTom — traffic and road incident information along your route. - Apple — Sign in with Apple. - U.S. National Weather Service — weather and alerts for locations on your route. - OpenStreetMap-based services (map data, address lookup and map tiles). - Our hosting provider, which runs our servers, and a messaging service our team uses internally to receive bug reports and support requests. These providers receive only the data needed for their task, such as coordinates or the document being read. - Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, FLY JUICE or others. - Business transfer. If FLY JUICE is involved in a merger or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of it, subject to this Policy. ## 4. Data retention - Account data, trips, permits and other content are kept while your account is active, or until you delete them. - Voice recordings and address photos are deleted right after they are processed. - Road reports are shown to other drivers for a limited time. - When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it to comply with the law. Road information that has been made anonymous may be kept to improve routes. ## 5. Your choices and rights - Permissions. Location, camera, microphone and notifications are optional and can be turned off in your phone settings. Some features will not work without them (for example, navigation needs location). - Access and export. You can view your trips, permits and places in the app, and export drives, IFTA miles and routes. For a copy of other data, email us. - Correction and deletion. You can delete permits, trips, drives, saved places and your own reports in the app. To delete your account and all data linked to it, open Settings → Delete account in the app, or email support@badassnav.com from your account email ( how to delete ). - Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional rights to know, access, correct and delete your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. ## 6. Security All connections to the Service use HTTPS. Passwords and sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. ## 7. Children Nav for Truck is made for professional truck drivers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. ## 8. Where data is processed The Service is operated from the United States. Our servers and some service providers may process data in other countries; we take steps so that your information is protected as described in this Policy. ## 9. Changes to this Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app. ## 10.
